The Florida Bar v. TIKD

​The Florida Bar claims that TIKD is committing the unauthorized practice of law, despite the fact that representation in traffic cases through its platform is provided by lawyers, and despite TIKD never claiming to be a law firm itself. However, the primary motivation behind the bar’s opposition to TIKD is to prevent competition for the state's established traffic law firms.
